Design General Terms & Conditions
- Webpage
prices are based on client supplying all Logos, Pictures and written material
required via Email (draft websites may contain only draft logos and pictures).
- Email and/or Email forwarding services are available with all hosting plans.

Payments for hosting services must be up to date otherwise we reserve the right
to promptly suspend access to the affected website
- All payments are due on or before the last day of the month of invoice date (no statement or
receipts issued unless specifically requested). New websites are only published
once payment has been received.
- All
prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and valid for 14 days from date of
issue.
- Prices may vary and depending on your preferences and technical requirements
of your website.
- If you require technically advanced work eg. graphic design, graphic
reconstruction, databases, secure pages, e-commerce etc these services will be
charged at our standard hourly rate over and above the page prices quoted,
please contact us for price estimates.

Although we strive to achieve the highest possible standards of service delivery
we can not claim in any way that services provided by third parties will be
uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses etc.
- We can
not accept any responsibility (beyond replacement of backup files) for errors,
omissions, loss of profits, loss of data or any other consequences of any type
of design or service failure.
- We will
not knowingly infringe upon the copyright or trademarks etc of others but we
also recognize that it is you, our client, who is ultimately responsible for
ensuring that material published on your website complies with all relevant
local and/or international laws etc.
- Various other conditions may apply to various services.
- Prices and conditions may be subject to change without notice.
