Netspeed Acceptable Use Policy


Purpose of Services

You have purchased Netspeed for your personal or business use. Netspeed services must not be resold, rented or otherwise transferred to another third party unless express approval has been sought from and issued by Netspeed.

If we find you to be in breach of our purpose of services statement in any way we may contact you to advise you that you are in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may then request that you stop or alter your usage purpose to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

If your breach of our purpose of services policy continues after receipt of a request to stop or alter the nature of such usage, we may without further notice, apply charges for the additional services you have used or suspend, modify or restrict your use of the Services or withdraw your access to the Services.

 

Fair Use of Services

If your usage of our Services materially exceeds estimated use patterns over any time period (hour, day, week or month), or is inconsistent with normal usage patterns, then your usage may be deemed to be excessive and/or unreasonable.

If your usage is excessive and/or unreasonable we may contact you to advise you that your usage is in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may then request that you stop or alter your usage to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

If your excessive and/or unreasonable usage continues after receipt of a request to stop or alter the nature of such usage, we may without further notice, apply charges to your account for the excessive and/or unreasonable element of your usage or suspend, modify or restrict your use of the Services or withdraw your access to the Services.
